双马来酰亚胺/氰酸酯共混树脂体系综合了双马来酰亚胺、氰酸酯的优良特性,呈现出较低的介电常数和损耗因子、低吸水率、高耐温性等特点,因此用途广泛.综述了双马来酰亚胺/氰酸酯共混树脂体系固化机理及改性研究进展.
The bismaleimide/cyanate blending resin system combines the excellent properties of bismaleimide and cyanate ester.The blending resin system is widely used because of its low dielectric constant and loss factor,low water absorption,and high temperature resistance,etc.The curing mechanism and modification progress in bismaleimide/cyanate blending resin systems are reviewed.
