摘要 为了得出户外运动服纤维在运行过程中的动态黏弹性能,利用动态黏弹分析设备考察和分析其变化规律.选择户外运动服作为性能测试研究的实验原材料,并通过抽丝工艺获得运动服纤维.在实际环境下安装测试设备,设置相关的客观测试条件与动态黏弹性能测试指标.通过记录相关的性能变化数据得出结论:在线性黏弹性区域内,温度与运动频率不会对纤维的应力与应变产生影响,在非线性黏弹性区域内,户外运动服纤维发生了复杂的松弛和转变,在不同运动频率的影响下,动态黏弹性变化模量呈下降趋势,在不同温度的影响下,动弹黏弹性变化呈周期性变化. In order to obtain the dynamic viscoelastic properties of outdoor sportswear fibers in the process of operation,the dynamic viscoelastic analysis equipment is used to investigate and analyze its change rule.The outdoor sportswear is selected as the raw material of the performance test and research experiment,and the sportswear fiber is obtained through the fiber drawing process.In the practical environment,the test equipment is installed,and the relevant objective test conditions and dynamic viscoelastic performance test indexes are set.By recording the relevant performance changing data,it is concluded that in the linear viscoelastic region,the temperature and the frequency of movement will not affect the stress and strain of the fiber.In the nonlinear viscoelastic region,the outdoor sportswear fiber has a complex relaxation and transformation.Under the influence of different frequency of movement,the dynamic viscoelastic changing modulus shows a downward trend.Under the influence of different temperature,the dynamic viscoelasticity changes periodically.
