The Determination of Ethanol Amount in Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid by Gas Chromatographic Method(GC)with DB-WAX Capillary Column

摘要 用DB-WAX毛细管柱气相色谱仪,建立以正丁醇为内标物质的内标法,检查藿香正气水中乙醇量.以美国安捷伦公司DB-WAX石英毛细管柱(30.0m×0.25mm,0.25μm)作为分析用色谱柱,进样口温度:200℃;进样量:1μL;分流比20∶1;氢火焰离子化检测器温度:250℃;氢气流量:30mL/min;氮气流量:40mL/min;空气流量:300mL/min;采用程序升温的控制模式.在选定的条件下,乙醇与内标物分离度高,乙醇在1%~ 8%范围内线性良好(r为0.9998,n=5).本法快速、简便、准确,适用于藿香正气水中乙醇量的检查. An internal standard method to determine the ethanol amount in Huoxiangzhengqi liquid by GC with DB-WAX capillary column is established with n-butanol as internal standard. The chromatographic column is DB-WAX quartz capillary column(30.0 m×0.25 mm, 0.25μm) from Agilent. The inlet temperature is 200℃, the injection volume is 1μL, the split ratio is 20∶1, the FID temperature is 250℃, the flow rate of hydrogen,nitrogen and air is 30 mL/min, 40 mL/min and 300 mL/min respectively. The control mode of programming temperature is adopted. Under the selected conditions, the separation degree between ethanol and internal standard substance is high, the linearity of ethanol within the range of 1%~8% is good(r=0.9998, n=5). This method is rapid, simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of ethanol amount in Huoxiangzhengqi liquid.
