近十年我国体育法学研究的概况、特点与期待

Overview,Characteristics and Expectation of the Research on Sports Law in China in Recent Ten Years

近十年是我国体育在新阶段和新时代蓬勃发展的重要时期,体育法治建设取得新的进展,体育法学研究也获得有力的推动。从更加广泛关注参与、活动多样持续开展、理论应用成果增多、国际联系交往扩大等方面,展现了十年来我国体育法学研究不断拓展的基本状况;并基于成绩与问题的比较性思考,概括出我国体育法学研究虽然表现出较为强劲的发展势头,但与现实需要和其他相近学科相比尚不成熟而仍处发展中的一些主要特点;进一步从积极营造研究氛围、纳入法治工作和相关教育体系、加强研究组织建设并发挥作用、提升研究活力和学术实力方面,提出了体育法学进一步发展的努力和期待。

The recent ten years have been an important period when China’s sports flourished in the new stage and era. New progress has been made in the construction of sports law,and the study of sports law has also been vigorously promoted. From the aspects of more extensive attention to participation,diversification of activities,the increased theoretical application results,and the expansion of international contacts and exchanges,it shows the basic situation of China’s sports law research in the past decade. Based on the comparative thinking of the achievements and problems,it summarized some of the main characteristics of sports law research in China,although it shows a relatively strong development momentum,but it is still immature compared with actual needs and other similar disciplines. It further puts forward the efforts and expectations for the further development of sports law from the aspects of actively creating a research atmosphere,integrating the rule of law work and related education systems,strengthening the construction and role of research organizations,and enhancing research vitality and academic strength.
