摘要
以74家中国企业在2000-2010年参与的224个国际研发联盟为样本,利用负二项回归模型实证分析了国际研发联盟中技术距离对企业突破性创新的影响。研究发现,国际研发联盟可以显著促进企业突破性创新,联盟伙伴间技术距离与企业突破性创新呈倒U型关系,技术距离过大或过小都不利于联盟内知识的流动。紧密的联盟网络关系以及雄厚的技术储备是促进突破性创新的重要手段。
To uncover how technology distance between international R&D alliances affects radical innovation,this paper analyzes 224 alliances which are joined by 74 Chinese enterprises during 2000-2010 using a negative binomial regression model based on panel data.The results show that:there is an inverted-U relationship between technology distance and radical innovation;the technology distance should keep on a reasonable level;too much and too little distance will prevent the knowledge exchange in the alliance.Additionally,close network relations and great knowledge reserve are positively related to the breakthrough innovation.
