摘要
文章将中小学教师幸福观的内涵置于积极教育的视阈之下,结合对西藏1535名中小学教师的实证调查,描绘了西藏教师的幸福观:(1)排在幸福第一位的是身体健康,其后依次是受人尊敬、时间自由、被人需要、生活体面以及待遇优厚;(2)幸福观的某些内容在性别、城乡、从教时间和海拔上具有显著差异;(3)将身体健康视作幸福的西藏中小学教师没有性别、城乡、教龄和海拔差异。基于此,提出以下西藏教师幸福指数提升路径:第一,从政府层面提供保障,成为幸福的守护者;第二,从学校层面孕育环境,成为幸福的培育者;第三,培养教师的幸福能力,使之成为幸福的创造者。
This article describes the traits of happiness of the teachers in Tibet based on an empirical investigation of 1535 primary and secondary school teachers in Tibet.The traits are:1.health comes first in happiness,followed by being respected,having some free time,being needed,having a decent life and earning more money.2.There are significant differences in the following contents of happiness:gender,urban and rural areas,teaching years and elevation height.3.But there is no difference among the Tibetan primary and secondary school teachers who regard health being in the lead in happiness in gender,urban and rural areas,teaching years and elevation height.According to the traits,the article puts forward the ways to improve the happiness of the Tibetan teachers,the first is that the government guarantees their happiness and become the guardian of the happiness.The second is that schools become the cultivator of their happiness.The third is to cultivate the teachers’happiness ability and to have themselves become the creator of their happiness.
