摘要
人工智能正在重塑企业环境,但基于人工智能情境的人力资源管理研究还相对匮乏。本研究以认知理论为主线,梳理了人工智能研究的起源及发展;结合人工智能的应用基础和人力资源管理职能模块,提炼出人工智能在人力资源管理中的应用逻辑,并提炼出应用架构和具体实践;最后,基于社会认知和自我决定理论,从个体-组织两个层面建构了基于人工智能的人力资源管理研究模型,揭示出人工智能的多层次影响路径和机理。本研究不仅有助于推动基于人工智能的人力资源管理研究,还可为企业整合人工智能的人力资源管理实践变革与创新带来启示。
Artificial intelligence is reshaping the enterprise environment, but research on human resource management based on artificial intelligence situation is still relatively scarce. Based on the cognitive theory, this research is first describes the origin as well as the development of artificial intelligence research. Then, by combining the artificial intelligence application with human resource management functional modules, we provide an application logic for artificial intelligence in human resource management, and the specific application frameworks. Finally, based on the social cognition and the self-determination theory, we construct the conceptual models based on both the individual and organizational levels. This can reveal the multi-level influence path and mechanism of artificial intelligence in human resource management. This study is not only helpful in promoting the research of human resource management based on artificial intelligence, but also can bring enterprises new ways of integrating change as well as creativity in artificial intelligent human resource management.
