互联网时代背景下,食品安全问题愈加呈现复杂性与多变性样态,传统的一元垂直监管模式不断受到质疑与挑战,唯寻求多元主体间的耦合与内聚才能缓解当前我国食品安全监管之"内卷化"困局。共建共治共享社会治理格局所蕴含的独特理念属性与概念框架为食品安全大数据平台的建构提供了有益的理论指引与行动逻辑,借助大数据带来的技术创新建构一套融合监管者、生产者与消费者等多元主体的食品安全大数据平台可切实回应当前食品安全治理困境,是共建共治共享理念指导下对食品安全治理的有益探索。

Absract: In the context of Internet Age, the food safety issue is becoming more complicated and variable. The traditional one-dimensional vertical governance model has been constantly challenged by the public. The social governance pattern based on "Co-construction, Co-governance and Sharing" contains distinctive concept contributes and conceptual frameworks which provide beneficial guidelines for the construction of the food safety big data platform, constructing this platform incorporates regulators, producers and consumers with the assistance of the technological innovations actually responds to the current food safety governance dilemma. This practice is a beneficial exploration of food safety governance under the philosophy of "Co-construction, Co-governance and Sharing".
