关于建设中国特色新型高端军事智库的思考

On Building New High-end Military Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics

[目的/意义]建设中国特色新型高端军事智库是贯彻落实习近平强军思想的题中应有之义,但是相关论述还很不足,需要进行系统探讨。[方法 /过程]本文通过运用比较研究、文献研究等方法,对建设中国特色新型高端军事智库的合理性、中国特色新型高端军事智库的特点、中国特色新型高端军事智库建设的现状进行全面地阐述。[结果 /结论 ]提出建设中国特色新型高端军事智库的5项对策建议,即形成中国军事思想的"前沿面"、树立中国军事智库品牌、优化机制保障、构建"大数据+"新型军事智库、推动"智""库"协调发展。

[Purpose/significance] Building new high-end military think tanks with Chinese characteristics is inherent in carrying out Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the military. However, relevant discussion is insufficient up to now and a systematic investigation is required. [Method/process] Using comparative research and literature research, this paper elaborates on the rationality, the features, and the current situation of building new high-end military think tanks with Chinese characteristics. [Result/conclusion] This paper puts forward the following five suggestions: forming the "frontier" of Chinese military thoughts, establishing the brand of Chinese military think tank, optimizing mechanism guarantee, building "big data +" new military think tanks and promoting the coordinated development of "think" and "tank".
