摘要
随着科技的发展和国际形势的变化,社会进入高风险时代。基础教育领域也存在各种风险,包括系统外部的风险:政策性风险、社会性风险和突发性风险等;系统内部风险:教学风险及管理风险等。基础教育领域风险化解的办法有:强化制度规范,从源头减少风险;提升防范能力,让爱保驾护航;整合社会力量,建设韧性社会等。
With the development of science and technology and the change of international situations,the society has entered the era of high risks.There also exist various risks in education,including external risks:policy risks,social risks and unexpected risks.On the other hand,there are still internal risks:teaching risks and management risks.Corresponding solutions can be employed such as strengthening the institutional norms to reduce the risks at the source,improving the ability of prevention to let love escort students,and integrating social forces to construct the resilient society.
