摘要
教师的家庭教育指导能力是教师通过多种学科的教育理念、手段、技术和方法,对实施家庭教育的家长从理论、方法、内容和技术等方面进行指导,帮助家长提高科学育儿素养、提升家庭教育水平的一种能力。这种能力由认知能力、沟通能力、情感能力、协作能力和管理能力五种主要能力要素构成。"五种能力"要素相互作用,构成了教师家教指导力的运行机理,可以有效实现家校合作育人的目标,构建良好的教育生态。
Teachers’guidance ability for family education means that teachers adopt the teaching ideas,tactics,technology and methods of different disciplines to guide parents to carry out family education from aspects of theory,methods,contents and technology so that they can help the parents improve their accomplishments of scientifi cally fostering children and the levels of family education.The ability consists of cognition,communication,emotion,coordination and administration,and these elements interplay to constitute the operating mechanism of teachers’guidance ability for family education,which can effectively realize the goal of family-school cooperative education and further construct the good ecology of education.
