后集团时代教育联盟的新突破——以太仓市实验小学教育联盟为例

摘要 太仓市实验小学教育联盟从2017年8月起进行了基于六校办学的专业调研,提出了"教育现代化一流学校连片发展"的新愿景。该联盟从影响学校办学品质的关键要素出发,在愿景使命、制度机制、课程与教学、教师发展与学生培养、结盟的效能等方面都进行了深入的研究与实践探索,较好地破解了城乡学校发展的不平衡、不充分的矛盾。 The education alliance of Taicang Experimental Primary School has been conducting a professional investigation based on six-school joint education since August,2017,suggesting the new vision of fi rst-class school allied development in the context of educational modernization.The alliance starts with the key elements which affect the quality of schooling to conduct a deep research and practical exploration from such aspects as vision mission,institutional mechanism,curriculum and instruction,teacher development and student cultivation,and effi ciency of alliances.As a result,the alliance has overcome the contradiction of the imbalanced and insuffi cient development between urban and rural schools..
