摘要
新时代乡村普通高中面临着许多问题,如教师易流失、不稳定等,地方政府与教育行政部门虽然做了许多尝试,但是效果并不理想。应从提高教师的工资待遇,稳定教师的生活与工作环境,改善教师的教学条件,重视教师的精神建设和队伍建设等方面入手,探索乡村普通高中教师队伍的稳定路径。
Rural senior high schools are confronted with many problems in the new era,such as the easy mobility and instability of teachers.The local government and educational administrations have made every effort to solve the problems,but the result is not satisfactory.We should explore the path to stabilize the rural senior high school teachers from aspects of increasing teachers’wages,stabilizing their living and working environment,improving their teaching conditions,and emphasizing their spiritual construction.
