摘要
STEM课程需要面向全体学生,更需要照顾不同学生的兴趣和需求。在STEM课程的实践与探索过程中,基于"为每一个儿童设计课程"的个性化发展理念,学校以学习方式为抓手,形成了由点及面的一系列STEM课程,涵盖了面向全体的全纳性STEM课程和面向个别学生的个别化STEM课程,旨在通过丰富的课程选择和课程实施,让学生个性在深度上获得充分发展、广度上获得多元发展、整体上获得和谐发展,在与周围环境的交互中实现共生发展,同时有效推动教师的专业发展和学校的课程文化发展。
The STEM curriculum needs to face all students and further to consider students’different interest and demands.In the process of practice and exploration,we have formed a series of STEM curricula based on the idea of the individualized development for every child,which includes the inclusive curriculum facing all students and the individualized curriculum facing individual students.The purposes of the curriculum are to help students fully develop their personality in depths,acquire multi-dimensional development in width,and attain harmonious development on the whole through enriching the curriculum selection and implementation.Meanwhile,students can accomplish their symbiotic development in interacting with the surroundings,and teachers can effectively promote their professional development and the curriculum cultural development.
