摘要
随着现代社会经济不断快速发展,人民生活水平不断提升,随之对面点食品的要求也越来越高,因此面点食品的面皮制作、馅料调味、营养配比、经营模式等就显得尤为重要.中式面点食品的标准化管理在保障食品口感、工业化生产中发挥着重要作用,具有很高的研究价值.本文综述了中式面点的产业发展现状、存在的问题以及进行标准化管理的必要性,并对我国多汁类包子标准化管理的发展趋势进行了展望,提出了相应的发展对策.
With the rapid development of modern society and economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,People have higher requirements for food.Therefore,the dough making,filling seasoning,nutritional ratio,and business model of pasta foods appear to be very important.The standardized management of Chinese pastry plays an important role in ensuring food taste and industrial production,and has high research value.This paper summarizes the management mode of Chinese pastry,the industrial development status,the existing problems of industrial development and the necessity of standardized management,and looks forward to the development trend of standardized management of juicy steamed buns in China,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
