摘要
通过对新冠病毒肺炎疫情时期食品配送新模式-生鲜电商模式的运营分析,找出食品配送过程中出现的标准化程度低的问题,制定食品配送服务标准化建设思路,加快建设食品配送标准化体系建设.
The paper finds out that the low degree of standardization in the process of food distribution by the analysis of the operation of the new mode of food distribution named fresh e-commerce mode in the period of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia.It can be formulated the relevant construction ideas of food distribution service standardization for speeding up the construction of food distribution standardization system.
