西餐以浓厚的地域特色,别具一格的风味流派,独特的菜品口味,讲究的餐桌服务和用餐礼仪,悠闲典雅的就餐环境与丰富多彩的西方饮食文化吸引着中国消费者.现如今,西餐以独特的表现方式,不断给消费者带来耳目一新的感受体验.本文主要通过对西餐"形"与"型"的分析,对西餐烹饪进行阐述.
Western food attracts Chinese consumers with its strong regional characteristics,unique flavor genres,unique dish tastes,elegant table service and dining etiquette,a leisurely and elegant dining environment,and a variety of western food culture.Nowadays,with its unique expression,Western food constantly brings consumers a refreshing experience.This article mainly expounds western cooking by analyzing the“shape”and“type”of western food.
