摘要
近些年来,我国生产力水平得到了提高,人们对于物质需求有了更高的要求,尤其是在食品安全方面,由此看来食品检测行业的质量管理尤为重要.本文从样品采集方案、检测技术、技术人员以及检测手段4方面入手,阐述了当前食品检测行业质量管理普遍存在的问题,并提出了优化措施.
In recent years,the productivity level of our country has been improved,people have higher requirements for material demand,especially in food safety,so it seems that the quality management of food inspection industry is particularly important.In this paper,the problems of quality management in food inspection industry are briefly described from four aspects:sample collection scheme,testing technology,technicians and testing methods,and put forward optimization measures.
