摘要 分析了藜麦的结构和特性,调查了天祝县藜麦引种、推广及产品加工利用现状,指出了藜麦生产加工过程中存在的问题,提出了天祝县发展藜麦产业的对策措施. This paper analyzed the structure and characteristics of Chenopodium quinoa,the current situation of introduction,promotion,product processing and utilization status were investigated.And we pointed out the existed problems in the production and processing of Chenopodium quinoa.Also we put forward to the counter-measures for the development of the Chenopodium quinoa industry in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,Gansu Province.
