摘要
乳酸菌是对人体有益的菌群,能够保持人体健康,维持肠胃的正常环境,促进食物的消化和吸收,对于病原菌等有害菌体有抑制作用.由于乳酸菌的功效突出,并且富有营养,常应用在食品制作中.乳酸菌发酵可以让食品更有利于储藏,提升食品的风味.本文将分析马铃薯乳酸菌的制作流程,研究马铃薯乳酸菌饮料的制作方法.
Lactic acid bacteria are beneficial to human body,which can keep human health,maintain the normal environment of stomach and intestines,promote the digestion and absorption of food,and inhibit harmful bacteria such as pathogenic bacteria.Because of its outstanding effect and rich nutrition,lactobacillus is often used in food production.Lactic acid bacteria fermentation can make food more conducive to storage and enhance the flavor of food.This paper will analyze the production process of potato Lactobacillus and study the production method of potato lactobacillus beverage.
