摘要
人们对食品安全问题予以了更高的关注.作为食品污染参数之一的大肠杆菌,也是影响食品安全问题的主要因素之一.面对形势更为严峻的食品安全问题,提高食品中大肠杆菌检测的效率与准确性,逐渐成为一个关键问题.可通过深入研究与创新食品检测方法,提高食品的安全性.本文探讨了以往检测食品中大肠杆菌的方法,并对快速检测方法展开了分析,期望能为食品安全性的提升作出一定贡献.
At present,people are paying more and more attention to food safety issues.Escherichia coli,which is one of the target parameters for food contamination detection,is also a major factor influencing food safety issues.In the face of more serious food safety issues,how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of E.coli detection in food has gradually become a key issue.Research on innovation can improve food safety.This article points out the methods used to detect E.coli in food in the past,and analyzes the new rapid detection method,hoping to contribute to the improvement of food safety.
