摘要
目的:用气相色谱仪对果汁中的对硫磷残留量的不确定度进行测定.方法:依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》及NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》,从样品称量、溶液定容、标准溶液配制及气相仪器测量稳定性共4个方面进行测量不确定度评估.结果:测定样品的对硫磷含量为0.096 mg·kg^-1,其扩展不确定度为:0.56%(k=2),其中仪器稳定性、标准溶液配制、样品体积变化影响较大.结论:系统介绍果汁中对硫磷残留量的不确定度的评定过程.
Objective:The study was to evaluate the uncertainty of arathion Residue in Juice with GC.Method:This article was based on JJF 1059.1-2017“measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression”and NY/T 761-2008“Pesticide multiresidue screen methods for determination of orfanophorus pesticide,organochlorine pesticides,pyrethroid pesticides and carbamate pesticedes in vegetables and fruits”,The measurement uncertainty was evaluated from four aspects:sampling quality,volumetric determination of sample solution,the preparation of standard solution and the stability of GC.Result:When the content of Parathion in the sample was 0.096 mg·kg-1,its extended uncertainty was 0.56%,(k=2),which mainly come from the stability of GC,the preparation of standard solution and the change of sample volume.Conclusion:The uncertainty evaluation process of Parathion Residue in Juice was introduced systematically.
