摘要目的探讨MRI与CT对强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断效能.方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月—2018年5月收治的39例强直性脊柱炎患者采用MRI和CT检查情况,对比两种检查方法的骶髂关节病变检出率及分级.结果 MRI对骨质囊变的检出率高于CT,CT对骨质硬化的检出率高于MRI,差异显著(P<0.05).两种检查方法在骨质侵蚀、关节间隙改变、关节强直、骶髂韧带钙化等病变的检出率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两种检查方法的骶髂关节病变分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MRI对早期病变的诊断效能优于CT.结论 MRI具有可显示软骨改变、骨髓水肿及脂肪堆积等软组织病变的优势,对强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节早期病变的诊断效能优于CT,有利于临床及早干预.
