通过对模具内自动切除浇口的分析,阐述了其优越性与发展趋势。举例分析了模具内冷切浇口的两种方法,设计了模具内热切浇口的方法,并分析了其公差配合要点,总结了模具内热切浇口的优点和缺点。可供从事注射模设计和制造的工程技术人员参考和借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the automatic gate removal in the mold,the superiority and development trend of the gate are described.Two methods of cold cutting gate in mold are analyzed with examples.The method of hot cutting gate in mold was designed,and the key points of tolerance fit were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of hot cutting gate in mold are summarized.It can be used for reference by engineers and technicians who are engaged in injection mold design and manufacturing.
