摘要 一种自主研发的空气净化器滤芯装置,该装置可对表层粗大颗粒进行清洁,同时对细微颗粒物进行强力吸附,并对滤芯在使用过程中产生的细菌污染进行杀菌消毒工作,完成对空气净化器滤芯的清洁;清洁装置外壳采用注射模成型。此装置解决了滤芯无法水洗清洁,需经常更换而导致的环境污染以及使用成本过高的问题。 A self—developed cleaning air purifier filter element device can clean the coarse particles on the surface of the coarse filter layer of the filter element filtering the coarse particles in the air dust.At the same time,the fine particles were strongly adsorbed,and the bacterial pollution produced in the use of the filter element was sterilized to complete the cleaning of the filter element of the air purifier.The shell of the cleaning device is molded by injection mold.The device solves the problems of environmental pollution caused by the filter element cannot be washed and cleaned by water,which needs to be replaced frequently and the use cost is too high.
