摘要
针对热室压铸的成型工艺、模具结构特点,结合该压铸件的结构、尺寸及精度等技术要求,对模具分型面的选择,浇注系统和溢流系统设计,铸口形式的设计等进行了综合分析,并介绍了模具主要工作零件及模具结构的设计过程。
According to the forming process and structure characteristics of hot chamber die-casting die,combined with the technical requirements of the structure,size and accuracy of the die-casting die,this paper analyzed the selection of die parting surface,the design of pouring system,overflow system and the form of casting mouth,introduced the design process of main working parts and die structure.
