摘要
介绍了模具电镀的工作原理,同时以某车型侧围外板凹模为载体,分析了模具电镀的失效机理,并在此基础上提出了模具电镀前裂纹探伤与修复、优化模具热处理及模具电镀工艺等提升模具电镀质量的控制方案。工程实践表明,该控制方案可显著提升模具电镀效果与铬层寿命,可为提升模具电镀质量与降低冲压车间运行成本提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the working principle of the die electroplating,taking a car side plate around the die at the same time as the carrier,the plating failure mechanism of the die are analyzed,and based on this,advances the die before electroplating crack detection and repair,optimization of die heat treatment and electroplating process such as improve die plating quality control plan.Engineering practice shows that the above control scheme can significantly improve the electroplating effect and the life of chromium layer.This paper can provide reference for improving the quality of die electroplating and reducing the running cost of stamping workshop.
