车灯模具上花纹的设计与加工

Design and Processing of Pattern on Lamp Mold

介绍了花纹由点到线到面的制造过程,车灯模具上花纹线的光顺和拟合,叙述了花纹面的制造精度对于后期车灯塑件的质量和外观的重要性。结合现有的加工设备,从车灯产品的设计开始分析,从车灯模具设计的一些状态展开分析,从模具制造工艺的角度展开分析,探讨了车灯模具上花纹加工的难点和技术要点。结合现有的软件和硬件,给出了解决方案,以此来达到车灯模具上花纹的相关技术要求。

This paper introduces the manufacturing process of pattern from point to line to surface,the smoothness and fitting of the pattern lines on the lamp mold,the importance of the pattern surface manufacturing accuracy to the the quality and appearance of the lamp plastic parts later.It combines with the existing processing equipment,analysis start with the design of the lamp products,launches in some states of lamp mold design,from mold manufacturing process point,then discusses the difficulties and technical points of the pattern processing on the lamp mold.Combined with existing software and hardware,give solutions,in order to achieve the relevant technical requirements of the pattern on the lamp mold.
