基于预置式涂层法的Co基合金涂层及其耐磨性研究

摘要 采用预置式涂层法,在模具零部件的45钢表面用Co基合金粉末和WC合金粉末干燥后进行多层熔覆试验,通过用不同参数进行加工,找出最优加工参数。对最优加工参数的试样熔覆层形貌、组织、硬度、耐摩擦磨损等性能进行检测,结果表明熔覆层的强度、硬度、耐摩擦性能和耐蚀性都大幅提高。 In this paper,the pre-set coating method is used to dry Co-based alloy powder and WC alloy powder on the surface of 45 steel of mold parts and components.After multi-layer cladding experiments,the optimal processing parameters are found by processing with different parameters.The results show that the strength,hardness,friction resistance and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer are greatly improved by testing the morphology,structure,hardness and friction and wear resistance of the cladding layer with the optimum processing parameters.
