摘要
试验以钠基膨润土,丙烯酰胺和双丙酮丙烯酰胺为主要原料,以聚乙二醇为致孔剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用插层聚合法和接枝共聚致孔法制备了温敏多孔纳米复合水凝胶。研究了复合水凝胶的失水率性能和对污染水体中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果。结果表明,制备的纳米复合水凝胶具备温度响应性,随着温度的升高,水凝胶的失水率可达43.03%。复合水凝胶随着投加量的增加,对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率越高。水凝胶投加量为5.5 g时,最好吸附量可达81.3%。
Temperature-sensitive porous nanocomposite hydrogels were prepared from sodium bentonite,acrylamide and diacetone acrylamide,using polyethylene glycol as pore-making agent and N,N-methylene diacrylamide as cross-linking agent by intercalation polymerization and graft copolymerization. The water loss rate and removal effect of Cr( Ⅵ)in polluted water were studied. The results showed that the nanocomposite hydrogel had the temperature responsiveness.With the increase of temperature,the water loss rate of hydrogel can reach 43. 03%. The removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ) was higher with the increase of compound hydrogel dosage. When the dosage of hydrogel was 5. 5 g,the best adsorption capacity was 81. 3%.
