14AA复方氨基酸口服液的配制

摘要 采用超声波法提取红枣枸杞中的多糖,利用单因素和正交实验,确定最佳的提取工艺,将提取的多糖溶液与定量的14种氨基酸混合,配制一种用于改善慢性肝病伴肝昏迷患者的肝功能和肝性脑病病人营养问题的14AA复方氨基酸口服液,并对该口服液进行各项指标质量检测。结果表明最佳多糖提取工艺为超声功率180 W,超声时间40 min,提取温度为85℃,液料比1∶40,多糖的提取率为5.23%。该口服液pH为4.4、相对密度为1.0859、多糖含量为5.082 g。 The polysaccharides from jujube and wolfberry were extracted by ultrasonic method. The optimal extraction process was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The polysaccharide solution was mixed with quantitative 14 kinds of amino acids. A kind of 14 AA compound amino acid oral solution was prepared to improve the liver function of patients with chronic liver disease and hepatic coma and the nutritional problems of patients with hepatic encephalopathy,and the quality of the oral liquid was tested. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of polysaccharides was as follows: ultrasonic power was 180 W,ultrasonic time was 40 min,extraction temperature was 85 ℃,liquid-solid ratio was 1∶40,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 5. 23%. The oral solution had a pH of 4. 4,a relative density of 1. 0859 and a polysaccharide content of 5. 082 g.
