摘要
通过层层自组装法将聚磺酸甜菜碱、单宁酸和Fe~Ⅲ互相结合,在基材表面构建两性离子涂层并对其进行亲水性和抗污损性能表征。实验结果表明:随着组装层数的增加,水接触角从50°下降至15°;当组装层数为5时,在基材表面形成了厚度为55 nm的涂层;将其浸泡于蛋白质溶液后,在荧光显微镜下该涂层表面没有产生明亮的绿色荧光,说明该涂层具备良好的抗污损性能。
Zwitterionic multilayers on solid substrates were constructed via a facile surface engineered layer-by-layer( LBL) assembly of poly( sulfobetaine methacrylate)( PSBMA),tannic acid( TA) and Fe~Ⅲ,and its hydrophilicity and antifouling properties were characterized. The experimental results showed that as the increase of the number of assembled layers,the water contact angle( WCA) of the coating decreased from 50° to 15°. It should be mentioned that a 55 nm thick coating was constructed on the surface of the substrate when the number of assembled layers was 5. In addition,the obtained coating did not show brilliant green fluorescence,indicating that the coating had good anti-fouling performance.
