红禾麻多糖除蛋白除色素方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 本实验采用水提醇沉法提取红禾麻粗多糖,采用Sevage法、TCA法和酶-Sevage法对红禾麻粗多糖进行脱蛋白比较;用活性炭法和过氧化氢法对红禾麻粗多糖进行脱色比较,筛选红禾麻粗多糖的纯化工艺。结果表明,酶-Sevage法脱蛋白效果最好,蛋白清除率为70.60%,多糖损失率为19.65%;活性炭法除色素效果较好,脱色率为55.60%,多糖损失率为27.84%,因此,酶-Sevage法和活性炭法可作为红禾麻粗多糖纯化的手段之一。 Laportea bulbifera Weddell. polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The purification effects of Sevage method,trichloroacetic acid method,and enzyme-Sevage method were compared to establish a suitable method of deproteinzation for polysaccharide from Laportea bulbifera Weddell.. Activated carbon method and hydrogen peroxide method were used to decolorize the Laportea bulbifera Weddell. Polysaccharides. The method of enzyme-sevage was found to be most effective for deproteinzation,and the deproteinzation rate and the loss rate of polysaccharide were 70. 60% and 19. 65%,respectively. The effect of activated carbon method on decolorization was optimal,the decolorization rate and the loss rate of polysaccharide were 55. 60% and 27. 84%,respectively. Activated carbon method and enzyme-sevage method were the better methods of decolorization and decolorization for Laportea bulbifera Weddell. polysaccharides.
