摘要
借助高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱(HPLC-DAD/ESI-TOF-MS)联用技术,对枳实中的有效成分进行初步分析。采用汉邦Phecda C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为2%HAC溶液(A)-甲醇(B)的梯度洗脱;流速1 m L·min^-1;柱温30℃;经柱后分流分别经DAD检测器及ESI-TOF-MS正离子和负离子模式采集。根据获得的母离子精确相对分子质量信息,结合文献,从枳实药材中鉴定分析了25个成分。本方法分离度良好、灵敏度高,可用于枳实药材的定性分析,并有助于对该药材的质量控制及深入研究。
The effective components in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus from different places and their different processed products were identified by HPLC-DAD/ESI-TOF-MS. Separation was performed on a Hanbon C18 column with methanol and water( with 2% HAC) as mobile phase. Based on the high-resolution mass information,MS fragmentation behaviors and chemical components from literatures,25 components were identified. This work could be useful for the quality control and further studies of the plant.
