摘要
采用火焰原子发射光谱法(AES)中湿式消解、干式消解、微波消解处理样品,测定大米中钾含量。通过对数据、批处理样品量、处理时长、试剂用量等方面研究,结果表明:三种方法数据均符合要求,湿式消解和微波消解批处理量大,干式消解处理量小;湿式消解和干式消解处理时间长,微波消解时间短;湿式消解酸用量大,劳动强度大;干式消解和微波消解酸用量少,劳动强度小,对人体健康危害小。本实验研究对样品前处理具有参考价值。
Potassium content in rice was determined by flame atomic emission spectrometry( AES) with wet digestion,dry digestion and microwave digestion. Through the study of data,batch sample volume,treatment duration,reagent dosage and other aspects,the results showed that the data of the three methods all met the requirements. The processing amount of wet digestion and microwave digestion was large,while that of dry digestion was small. The digestion time of wet digestion and dry digestion was long,and that of microwave digestion was short. The amount of wet digestion acid was large and the labor intensity was high. Dry digestion and microwave digestion of acid consumption with low labor intensity had less harm to human health. This experimental study had reference value for sample pretreatment.
