旅游产业集群视角下美食旅游开发策略研究——以湖北省黄冈市为例

摘要 利用区位熵理论对2017年黄冈市及其下属县市旅游产业集群相关指标进行测度,结果表明,黄冈市旅游总区位熵指数为1.25,呈现明显集群态势;麻城(1.62)、红安(2.53)、罗田(3.03)、英山(3.89)已形成产业集聚态势;黄州(0.96)、团风(0.85)、蕲春(0.82)已有明显集群趋势。结合黄冈市美食旅游资源特色、开发优势及其限制因素,分析了产业集群视角下的黄冈市美食旅游开发策略。 The location entropy theory was used to measure the tourism industry cluster related indexes of Huanggang city and its subordinate counties and cities in 2017.The results show that Huanggang's total tourism area entropy index is 1.25,showing a clear cluster trend;Macheng(1.62),Hongan(2.53),Luotian(3.03),Yingshan(3.89)have formed an industrial agglomeration trend;and in Huangzhou(0.96),Tuanfeng(0.85),Qichun(0.82),there has been a clear cluster trend.Based on the characteristics,development advantages and limiting factors of the food tourism resources in Huanggang city,the development strategies of food tourism in Huanggang city is analyzed from the perspective of industrial clusters.
