构建一个全员重视、内容全面、方法多样的企业风险评估机制,是企业降低经营风险、提高风险防范能力,可持续、高质量发展的前提条件。从风险评估的重要性展开分析,结合某集团公司实际情况,将风险指标划分为4个等级,并提出开展风险辨识、进行风险识别和风险评估、绘制风险热力图、给出风险防控建议并落实相应措施的风险评估流程和方法。

Establishing an enterprise risk assessment mechanism that is valued by all employees,comprehensive in content,and diverse in methods is a prerequisite for enterprises to reduce operating risks,improve risk prevention capabilities,and develop sustainably and with high quality.Based on the analysis of the importance of risk assessment,combining the actual situation of a group company,the risk indicators are divided into four levels,and the risk assessment process and methodology is offered,including risk identification,risk assessment,risk map drawing,suggestions presentation on risk prevention and control,and the implementation of corresponding measures.
