上海三爱富新材料科技有限公司(简称“三爱富公司”)是一个拥有多家子公司,并专注于在氟化工领域投资发展的现代化管理企业。如何正确定位总部与子公司的管理与经营责任,建立精简高效、科学合理的管控模式,是摆在三爱富公司面前的重要课题。基于对国内外投资管理与控制模式理论与实践的研究,结合三爱富公司实际情况,对公司总部组织结构进行调整并明确子公司经营管理权限,力图确立更加清晰的管理思想、科学有效的现代企业管控模式,既能不断提高总部对下属企业的控制力,又能充分发挥下属企业的积极性、创造性和主观能动性。
