对炼钢除尘灰进行冷固造球生产的探索

STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION OF COLD SOLID PELLETIZING FOR DEDUSTING ASH OF STEELMAKING

介绍了炼钢工序除尘灰冷固造球生产工艺,分析、总结了影响除尘灰冷固造球的因素。生产实践证明,向除尘灰中添加适量水分、强力混合,可以有效缩短除尘灰中氧化钙的消解时间、降低粘结剂的使用量、提高成球率与成球强度。

This paper introduces the production process of pelletizing with cold and solid dedusting ash in steelmaking process,analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the pelletizing with cold and solid dedusting ash.Production practice shows that adding proper amount of water and strong mixing to dust ash can effectively shorten the digestion time of calcium oxide in dust ash,reduce the usage of binder,improve the pellet-forming rate and pellet-forming strength.
