河钢乐亭2台360 m^2烧结机工艺设计特点

PROCESS DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS OF TWO 360 m^2 SINTERING MACHINES OF HBIS LAOTING

在国家政策和环保要求下,河钢集团调整产业布局,建立了河钢乐亭有限公司。其中,烧结车间为2台360 m^2烧结机及配套的公辅设施。笔者介绍了烧结机的工艺设计理念及设备选型,贯穿燃料破碎到成品输出结束的整个工艺流程,整体工艺系统设计在大型烧结机行业内处于领先水平。

Under the national policy and environmental protection requirements,HBIS adjusted its industrial layout and established HBIS Laoting co.,LTD.The sintering workshop consists of two 360 m2 sintering machines and auxiliary facilities.The author introduces the process design concept and equipment selection of the sintering machines,which runs through the whole process from fuel crushing to finished product output.The overall process system design is at the leading level in the large sintering machine industry.
