摘要
提出一种超声工业无损检测技术在数据采集、图像处理并实现三维可视化的方法。采用超声相控阵一维线阵探头对N形模板进行扫描,然后将采集到的数据在Matlab平台编程进行三维成像。结果表明,该方法增强了图像的直观性和客观性,具有实用价值。
This paper introduces a method of ultrasonic industrial non-destructive testing technology in data acquisition,image processing and3 D visualization.The N-shaped template is scanned by an ultrasonic phased array one-dimensional linear array probe,and then the acquired data is programmed in the Matlab platform for three-dimensional imaging.The results show that the method enhances the intuitiveness and objectivity and has practical value.
