摘要
随着人口老龄化形势日趋严峻,老龄化问题愈演愈烈,老龄化问题是一种新的发展态势和社会结构上的改变,不可逆转。新时代养老成为了一项庞大的社会系统工程,养老不仅只是制度层面的"老有所养、老有所依"。近年来,"医养结合"型养老模式在中国取得了较大的进展,实现了中国老龄化社会对医疗保健和养老服务的双重需要。但为了实现老年人与日俱增的多方面需要,切实提升老年人的获得感和幸福感,"医养文"相结合的养老新模式是新阶段下的必然选择。"互联网+"的出现并赋能于养老行业,给中国养老新模式"医养文"的有效结合提供了前所未有的机遇。本文立足于人口老龄化的时代背景,旨在分析在"互联网+"思维下"医养文"新模式在中国养老行业的运用,为了中国"医养文"新模式的有效发展,借助"互联网+"这一平台,结合现实情况提出一些针对性的措施建议,力求打造一个全方位、多元化的"医养文"相结合的养老新模式,为老年人构建品质晚年。
With the aging population becoming more and more severe,the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious.The problem of aging is a new development trend and social structure change,irreversible.In the new era,pension has become a huge social system project.Providing for the elderly is not just about"supporting the old"at the institutional level.In recent years,the"health-care combination"type of old-age care model has made great progress in China,realizing the dual needs of China’s aging society for health care and old-age services.However,in order to realize the multi-faced needs of the elderly,and to effectively improve the sense of well-being and happiness of the elderly,the new model of"healing and maintaining the culture"is an inevitable choice under the new stage.The emergence of"Internet+"and the empowerment of the old-age industry has provided an unprecedented opportunity for the effective combination of the new model of"supporting the elderly".Based on the background of the aging population,this paper aims to analyze the application of the new model of"medical and literary"in the"endowment of the Internet"in China’s old-age care industry,and to use the"Internet+"for the effective development of the new model of"medical culture"in China,combined with the actual situation,puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions,and strives to create a comprehensive and diversified"medical and cultural"combination of new pension models to build quality for the elderly.
