一株健康成年人粪便中溶藻弧菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Vibrio alginolyticus from Feces of Healthy Adults

目的对一株从健康成年人粪便中分离的溶藻弧菌进行鉴定和耐药性分析。方法按照国家食品安全风险监测工作手册《2018年淡水鱼养殖环节中常见弧菌专项监测方案》中规定的检测方法进行检测,用全自动微生物生化鉴定系统进行生化鉴定,用实时荧光定量PCR进行确证,用微量肉汤稀释法进行耐药性分析。结果从健康成年人粪便中检出一株溶藻弧菌,该菌株对磺胺甲恶唑和氨苄西林2种抗菌药物产生耐药性。结论本次研究从健康成年人粪便中检出一株溶藻弧菌,在相关文献中罕有此类报道,期望能为了解溶藻弧菌感染途径,制定防控策略提供新的资料。

Objective A strain of Vibrio alginolyticus isolated from the feces of healthy adults was identified and its drug resistance was analyzed. Methods According to the detection methods stipulated in the "Special Monitoring Program for Vibrio Common in Freshwater Fish Culture in 2018", biochemical identification was carried out through automatic microbial biochemical identification system, the existence of Vibrio alginolyticus was confirmed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and drug resistance was analyzed by micro broth dilution method. Results A strain of Vibrio alginolyticus was isolated from the feces of healthy adults. The strain was resistant to sulfamethoxazole and ampicillin. Conclusion In this study, a strain of Vibrio alginolyticus was detected from the feces of healthy adults,while such detection is rarely reported in the relevant literature. It is hoped that this study can provide new information for understanding the infection pathway of Vibrio alginolyticus and formulating prevention and control strategies.
