林州市农村居民黑热病防治知信行调查

An Investigation on the knowledge and practice of prevention and treatment of visceral leishmaniasis in rural residents of Linzhou City

目的了解林州市农村居民黑热病防治知识、态度和行为(KAP)现状,为制定有效的防控措施提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,抽取茶店乡西峪村与合涧镇木纂村村民189位进行问卷调查。结果林州市农村居民对"黑热病通过白蛉传播"、"感染黑热病的主要症状为发热、肚子大"的知晓率分别为32.28%、43.39%;71.96%的农村居民愿意参加统一组织的传染病宣传教育活动;40.74%和38.10%的农村居民认为"面对面讲解"和"听广播"为最易接受的宣传途径;89.95%的农村居民认为应"发热一周之内就医";70.90%的农村居民认为"夏天应尽量避免被白蛉叮咬",但仅有6.88%夏季经常使用蚊帐。结论林州市农村地区居民黑热病防治知识知晓率不高,防治态度和行为有待转变;居民对黑热病防治知识需求较高;应进一步加强农村地区黑热病防治知识宣传。

Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of knowledge, attitude and behavior(KAP) of black fever prevention and control among rural residents in Linzhou City, and to provide reference for formulating effective prevention and control measures. Methods With the convenient sampling method, 189 villagers from Xiyu Village of tea shop Township and Muzuan Village of Hejian Town were selected for questionnaire survey.Results The awareness rates for possible infection due to visceral leishmaniasis is transmitted by sand flies,the main symptoms of visceral leishmaniasis infection are fever and large tummy were 32.28 % and 43.39 %. There were 71.96 %of the participants reporting the willingness to participate in the unified organized publicity activities on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,40.74 % and 38.10 % of the participants considering "face-to-face explanation" and "listening to radio" as the most favorite propaganda way.89.95 % of the participants think if they have a fever,medical advice is needed within one week.Among the participants,70.90 % agreed that they should avoid biting by sand flies in summer,but only 6.88 % of them had always use bed net in summer. Conclusion The awareness rate of visceral leishmaniasis prevention knowledge among rural residents in Linzhou city is not high, and the attitude and behavior of prevention and control need to be changed;the residents have a higher demand for knowledge of visceral leishmaniasis prevention and control;the knowledge propaganda of visceral leishmaniasis prevention and control in rural areas should be further strengthened.
