学龄前儿童家长流感认知情况与流感疫苗接种意愿调查

An Investigation on Influenza Awareness and Influenza vaccination willingness of parents of Preschool Children

目的了解学龄前儿童家长对流感认知情况及流感疫苗接种意愿,为流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法对新乡医学院第三附属医院免疫接种门诊管理的学龄前儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果共调查340名家长,58.53%的家长不清楚流感与普通感冒的区别。63.82%的家长表示会为孩子接种流感疫苗,97.06%的家长希望流感疫苗作为第一类疫苗由政府免费提供。Logistic回归分析,儿童家长文化程度高、孩子曾经患流感、孩子曾经接种流感疫苗的家长更愿意接种流感疫苗。结论今后应加强对流感疾病相关知识宣教,对流感疫苗的宣讲应具有针对性,加大对疫苗安全性、保护效果、预防人群的宣讲力度,提高流感疫苗接种率。

Objective The purpose of this paper is to understand the awareness of influenza and the willingness of influenza vaccination among parents of preschool children, so as to provide scientific basis for influenza prevention and control. Methods The stratified sampling method was used to investigate the parents of preschool children in the charge of the immunization clinic of the third affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College. Results A total of 340 parents has been surveyed. As a result, 58.53% of the parents did not know the difference between influenza and the common cold,while 63.8 % of the parents said they would vaccinate their children against influenza.Besides,97.06% of the parents expressed their hope that the influenza vaccine should be treated as a first-class vaccine and provided for free by the government. According to the logistic regression analysis, parents who are highly educated, whose children ever had been flued, or whose children ever had been vaccinated with influenza were more likely to receive influenza vaccination. Conclusion In the future, the education of influenza-related knowledge should be strengthened, the propaganda of influenza vaccine should be targeted, the publicity of vaccine safety, protection effect and prevention should be strengthened, and the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine should be improved.
