The Analysis of Microbiological Test of Bottled Drinking Water in Weishi County,2014-2017

摘要 目的检测尉氏县桶装饮用水微生物含量,为提高桶装饮用水卫生质量提供依据。方法 2014-2017年全县随机抽取8个乡镇3种桶装水共216份,对样本进行铜绿假单胞菌,大肠菌群,菌落总数检测。结果 216份样品中,检测指标均合格76份,合格率为35.19%;矿泉水、纯净水及天然饮用水的合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);铜绿假单胞菌合格198份,占91.67%,大肠菌群合格150份,占69.44%,菌落总数合格86份,占39.81%,各检测指标合格差异具有统计学意义(χ2=159.45, P<0.05);第二季度合格率最高为58.33%,第四季度合格率最低为16.67%,各季度合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=29.83, P<0.05)。结论尉氏县桶装饮用水微生物检测合格情况不容乐观,有关部门应该予以重视,加强监督和检测力度,确保桶装饮用水安全。 Objective The purpose of this paper is to detect the microbial content of barreled drinking water and provide a basis for improving the hygienic quality of barreled drinking water. Methods Totally, 216 sampleswere randomly selected from 3 kinds of barreled water ofWeishiCounty’s 8 villages and townsfrom year 2014 to 2017.Results Firstly,out of all samples, 76 samples met all the requirements. So, on the whole, the pass rate was 35.19 %,andthere was no statisticalsignificant difference in the pass rates of mineral water, purified water and natural drinking water(P>0.05). Secondly, for pseudomonas aeruginosa test,198 samples were qualified, with a pass rate of 91.67 %;for coliform bacteria test, 150 samples were qualified, with a pass rate of 69.44 %;and forthe number of colonies test, 86 samples were qualified, with a pass rate of 39.81 %.The difference in the qualification rate of each test was statistically significant(χ2=159.45, P<0.05);Finally, the highest pass rate occured in the second quarter, 58.33 %;and the lowest pass rate occured in the fourth quarter,16.67 %. The difference in pass rate between quarters was statistically significant(χ2=29.83, P <0.05). Conclusion The qualified situation of microbiological testing of barreled drinking water in Weishi County is not optimistic. The relevant departments should pay attention to it and strengthen their effortsin monitoring and testing the quality of barreled drinking water to ensure its safety.
