中医结合个体化健康教育对永久性肠造口患者生活质量、希望水平的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Individualized Health Education on Quality of Life and Hope Level of Patients with Permanent Enterostomy

目的研究中医结合个体化健康教育对永久性肠造口患者预后的影响。方法选取2016年12月-2018年10月收治首次接受手术治疗的永久性肠造口患者58例,根据随机数字表法分为2组各29例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组实施中医结合个体化健康教育措施,连续干预3个月。统计2组并发症情况和干预对生活质量以及希望水平的影响。结果观察组术后并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。经3个月干预后,观察组希望水平各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组术后SF-36生活质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为永久性肠造口患者提供中医结合个体化健康教育干预措施,有助于降低并发症出现,提升其希望水平,这对提升其术后生活质量起到关键作用,临床应予以重视。

Objective To study the effect of TCM combined with individualized health education on the prognosis of patients with permanent enterostomy. Methods From December 2016 to October 2018, 58 patients with permanent enterostomy who underwent surgery for the first time in our hospital were selected as the main body of the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into groups, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The observation group applied traditional Chinese medicine combined with individualized health education measures. The complications of the two groups and the impact of the intervention on quality of life and level of hope were counted. Result The postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the total score of the SF-36 quality of life scale was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing traditional Chinese medicine and individualized health education interventions for patients with permanent enterostomy can help reduce complications and increase their hope level. This plays a key role in improving the quality of postoperative life. Clinical attention should be paid.
