补肾活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察补肾活血汤对糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月-2019年2月接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者共98例,依随机数字表法分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后肾功能指标[尿微量白蛋白(MAU)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]与血清CRP水平。结果治疗6周后,观察组MAU、β2-MG、BUN、Scr水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血汤对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肾功能,降低血清CRP水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction on diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from February to February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group(49 cases) and control group(49 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The renal function indexes [urine microalbumin(MAU), β2-microglobulin(β2-MG), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Scr)] and serum CRP levels were compared before and after treatment. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the levels of MAU, β2-MG, BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction has a significant clinical effect on diabetic nephropathy, which can effectively improve renal function and reduce serum CRP levels.
