针药并用对脑卒中后抑郁患者情绪障碍、康复训练效果及生活质量的作用评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine on Mood Disorder Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的探究针药并用对脑卒中后抑郁患者情绪障碍、康复训练效果以及生活质量的影响。方法以2018年5月-2019年8月广州市花都区人民医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者210例为研究对象,随机分组,即治疗组A(中药组)30例,治疗组B(电针组)30例,治疗组C(药针结合组)30例,对照组A(中药加西药组)30例,对照组B(电针加西药组)30例,对照组C(药针加西药组)30例,对照组D 30例,同时以无抑郁的脑卒中患者30例为空白组,对其治疗的结果分析。结果治疗组C与对照组C治疗后的HAMD评分明显低于其他组,ADL评分高于其他组,P<0.05。治疗组C与对照组C,相较于空白组,其HAMD评分并不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),空白组ADL评分明显更高(P<0.05);治疗组A与对照组C的总有效率明显高于其他组别,P<0.05,但2组总有效率对比,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中后抑郁患者接受针药并用干预,可较好改善其情绪障碍情况,提高其康复的效果以及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of combination of acupuncture and drugs on post-stroke depression, emotional disorders, rehabilitation training effect and life quality. Methods From May 2018 to August 2019, 210 cases of patients with depression after stroke in Guangzhou Huadu District People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into groups, the treatment group A of 30 cases, treatment group B of 30 cases, treatment group C of 30 cases, control group A of 30 cases, control group B of 30 cases, control group C of 30 cases, control group D of 30 cases. At the same time, 30 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients without depression were selected as blank group. The results of the treatment were analyzed. Results HAMD scores of treatment group C and control group C after treatment were significantly lower than other groups, and ADL scores were higher than other groups, P<0.05. Compared with the blank group, the HAMD score of the treatment group C and the control group C was not statistically significant(P>0.05), while the ADL score of the blank group was significantly higher(P<0.05). The total effective rate of rehabilitation of treatment group A and control group C was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in total recovery efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with post-stroke depression can improve their mood disorder, rehabilitation effect and quality of life.
