分期整体针灸法治疗脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation on Staged Integral Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨分期整体针灸法对脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力的改善效果。方法选取2017年7月-2019年3月收治的脑梗死患者70例,将其以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予传统针灸法治疗,观察组给予分期整体针灸法治疗,比较2组患者神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力。结果观察组治疗1个疗程后神经功能缺损评分比对照组低,日常生活能力评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期整体针灸法可改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损情况,提高其日常生活能力,利于患者接受。

Objective To improve the neurological deficit score and the ability of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction by staged integral acupuncture. Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July to May 20, 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with staged acupuncture and moxibustion. The neurological deficit scores and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after one course of treatment. The score of daily living ability was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The staged integral acupuncture can improve the neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction, improve their daily living ability, and facilitate patient acceptance.
